Olympics 2008 "Excellence in Sportsmanship"

Join the fun of learning about "Excellence in Sportsmanship" while learning about the Olympics.  You will hear about the Olympics that will take place this summer in Beijing, China and about the different events that the athletes will participate in.  Do you know how the athletes train for their events?  Do they eat certain food to to maintain their fitness and competitive edge?  When you attend Cub Scout Day Camp you might be able to participate in a Cub Scout Olympics!  Come to camp and find out!

Voyageurs Area Council offers Cub Scout Day Camp at various sites throughout the Council. The idea is to bring the program “close to home” so it is convenient for your Cub Scout and his Pack to attend Camp. Scouts can attend camp in their District or in any or all Districts.

• Paul Bunyan Day Camp   (Jun 23-24, 2008)
  
• North Star Cub Scout Day Camp 2   (Jun 25-26, 2008)
  
• Appelget Cub Scout Day Camp   (Jul 14-15, 2008)
  
• Gitche Gumee Cub Scout Day Camp   (Jul 19-20, 2008)
  

Earlybird registration fees for the camps is:

$35.00 if registered by May 21, 2008.
