100th Anniversary Celebration

Join us for an evening of celebration at the Annual Voyageurs Area Council Recognition Dinner on Saturday, March 6 at the UMD Rafters/Ballroom. The dinner is our opportunity to recognize those who have made 2009 so successful for the Voyageurs Area Council.

The evening will begin with a social hour at 5:00 PM hosted by the Silver Beaver Club followed by dinner and program at 6:00 PM. Dinner Co-Chairs Lee and Rock Gillson have a great program planned to celebrate Scouting’s 100th anniversary. The council will be giving out the Silver Beaver Awards - this is the highest award a Council can award to local volunteers.

The cost for the dinner is $25. If you register before February 19 you will pay an “Early Bird” discounted fee of $20. A registration form can be found on page 10 of this newsletter.
