  • DECC Arena
  • Contestant Setup: 2:00-3:15 pm
  • Professional Judging: 3:00-4:30 pm
  • Public Tasting: 4:30-6:30 pm (Judging ends: 6:00 pm)

General Guidelines: 

1) Make AT LEAST 12 GALLONS of chili

2) Prepare Chili in a licensed kitchen NOT IN A PRIVATE HOME.  

3) Bring your Chili heated to AT LEAST 140 degrees when you arrive or you will not be able to serve your chili.

4) Pay $40 non-refundable entry fee (501 (c) 3 exempt from fee)
