9-6-2016 Trails-end.com system updates.

We wanted to provide you a quick update on the Trail's End technology.  Online sales are off to a fast start with the number of scouts selling, the average order per consumer and the total return to scouting all up over 30% vs. last year.  We also continue to make enhancements to the Trail's End Popcorn Selling System.  Below are a few of the key functionalities that have been added in the last week:

  • Post Unit Order Adjustments
  • Council Small Orders
  • All District Users can now see Unit Contacts
  • Unit and Council Order Submission - Redirect to orders page after order submission
  • Online Sales Display by Scout on Scout Tracking Page

 
In the coming weeks, the functionality below will be added:

  • Online Sales Report
  • Digital App Orders Report
  • Role Management - End Date

    • Viewing Scout Details
    • Disassociating
    • Merging
    • Changing Unit Affiliation

As always, we encourage you to provide feedback and questions regarding any of the Trail's End technology via your Trail's End Sales Manager.  You and your Unit Leaders can also contact Trail's End directly via our Customer Service Center using one of the following methods:

  • Hours of operation are 8am to 10pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
  • Emails can be sent to one of the following addresses.  Upon receipt, an automated reply will be generated which will acknowledge that Trail's End has received the email. 
  • Calls can be made to 1-888-997-3897.  If a customer service representative is not available, you will be able to hold for the next available representative or leave a voicemail. 
  • A ticket can be established directly in the Trail's End Customer Service system at support.trails-end.comExternal Link.  Once entered, the request will be directed to a Trail's End representative.  This portal also has several frequently asked questions which may expedite responses.
