The Show and Deliver and Take order Popcorn Sales period is drawing to a close. Some final items to review as we close out this years campaign:

Arranging for the Return of Excess of Show and Deliver Popcorn

Although one hopes to not need to return any show and deliver product, you'll want to make plans for any product that you want credit for to be returned to the Scout Service Center in salable condition on or before November 5.  If there is any product that a neighboring pack or troop needs, feel free to pass it on to them. Make sure they do not order that amount or they'll end up with too much. Likewise,have the receiving unit let [Click for member's page] know  so that she can credit your popcorn account and charge theirs.

Confirming your pick-up time and location

We lost the data from our August survey via Google docs that told us if you wanted home delivery and your preferred delivery location. We'll be in touch on or around 11/7/12 to confirm pick-up/delivery locations and times.

Requesting Home Delivery

If you would like to take us up on the offer of home delivery for <$45/pallet, please drop a note to [Click for member's page] . Be sure to list the address for the delivery as well as a cell number for the person who will be there to receive the order. We do home deliveries to locations where we can back in with a large moving truck. We unload entire pallets with a lift-gate. If accessible, we'll wheel them into a garage. Otherwise, you'll want to have enough manpower to move the popcorn inside. Our driver will be hurrying on to the next stop.

Placing your Product  Order in the Trails-end system

The Trails-end system is open for orders until 11 p.m. on 11/4/12. If you missed this window, need to add to your order, or otherwise have questions or adjustments, contact ASAP. We cannot guarantee delivery for orders received after 4 p.m. on Monday 11.5.12.

Placing your Rewards Orders

Immediate Recognition is a longstanding philosophy in Scouting. The same should hold true with popcorn sales rewards. Rewards orders can take up to two weeks to fulfill. The sooner you order, the quicker you'll receive your rewards. The closer we get to the holidays the more orders the fulfillment house receives.

Other "Paperwork" to Complete

Mark your calendars for January 12 for the top seller's party at the Edgewater. There will also be a reception for Top Sellers that evening at the UMD Bulldogs hockey game. More to follow.
